These General Terms and Conditions were last updated on December 10, 2025.
The operators of the website https://followease.com and all related pages and subpages establish the following Terms and Conditions for the use of the services offered on the platform.
1. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) constitute an agreement between persons who use paid services on the above-mentioned platform (hereinafter “Users”) and the operators of the platform (hereinafter “Operators” or “FollowEase”).
Users must accept the GTC as soon as they make use of a paid service or register on the platform with their personal data.

2. Validity
The GTC are valid as of December 1, 2025, and may be amended at any time by the Operators. If substantial changes are made that could affect user behavior, all active users (with active accounts) must be notified in writing.
A user account can be created at https://followease.com.
3. Platform Functions
a) Ordering
Users may purchase various digital services. To do so, the desired service must be placed in the digital shopping cart and the order completed by clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay”.
Orders will generally begin within the start time stated on the respective product page.
By clicking the button, the User confirms all provided information to be accurate and complete, including full name, company name (optional), address, email, and phone number (if required).
During the ordering process, the User must provide a link to one or more of their accounts or to specific content on the relevant social media platform associated with the service. The provisions in Section 4 apply.
If the User provides an incorrect link, the Operators cannot guarantee proper execution. In such cases, the User must immediately contact info@followease.com with the order number and corrected link. If technically possible, the Operator may update the link.
If no prompt notification is made, a refund cannot be guaranteed (see Withdrawal Policy).
If the User places additional orders for the same link—either with FollowEase or third-party providers—while an order is already being processed, seamless execution cannot be guaranteed due to overlapping effects. Any guarantee or claim for damages becomes void.
b) Customer Accounts
Any person 18 years or older may create a permanent customer account, which can be deleted according to the privacy policy by emailing info@followease.com.
Users must ensure that all information provided is correct and complete.
If an order is placed using the customer account, FollowEase may use the stored contact details for notifications such as order updates.
Passwords are not visible to the Operator. If a User cannot reset their password due to lack of email access, the Operator may be authorized by the User to reset it manually.
c) Prices
The Operator may change, add, or remove prices at any time.
Typographical errors and mistakes are reserved.
d) Users
Anyone worldwide may place an order if they understand the FollowEase offering and have access to at least one accepted payment method in their country.
Depending on the scope of the order, partial or full legal capacity may be required.
Due to the automated ordering process, FollowEase cannot verify the legal capacity or correctness of user address data in detail. However, FollowEase reserves the right to decline or further review certain orders.
If additional information is required (e.g., incomplete address), the User will be contacted. If the User does not provide missing information within 14 days, the order will be canceled and any paid amounts refunded.
4. Offered Services
The terms “product” and “service” refer to digital items.
Services generally relate to enhancements for social media profiles.
FollowEase is not affiliated with any social media platform.
a) Specification
The services allow modifications to social media profiles using options provided by the respective platforms, such as algorithmically increasing follower counts.
These services must not be used for:
– falsifying numbers to mislead business partners
– pretending authentic popularity to influence individuals or businesses
Services may only be used for the User’s own accounts.
b) Comments as a Service
Users may order comments placed on their social media profiles.
Users may specify their desired comment during checkout.
This service is intended solely to enhance the appearance of their own comment section.
Users may not use this service to:
– fake product/service reviews
– publish content violating platform guidelines
– make discriminatory, explicit, or racist remarks
– post immoral content
– publish confidential information
– repeatedly tag unrelated third parties (spam)
– send personal or disturbing messages
FollowEase may manually review and reject submitted comment texts, even if they do not strictly violate the above rules. Automated filters may also be used.
c) Offers
Service displays are non-binding. When placing an order, Users submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon receiving an order confirmation from the Operator.
d) Binding Nature
If FollowEase fails to fully deliver a service, a partial or full refund must be issued.
Additional damage claims are excluded, as these services generally cannot cause financial harm.
An order is considered complete even if services partially decrease afterward. See Section 4(j) for refill conditions.
e) Platform Guidelines
Users must comply with the rules of each social media platform.
FollowEase cannot be held liable for restrictions, suspensions, or bans resulting from purchased services.
FollowEase tests its services regularly to avoid guideline violations.
f) Money-Back Guarantee
FollowEase voluntarily offers a satisfaction guarantee if service delivery does not begin within 5 days after the listed start time, or if quality issues occur.
Users must email info@followease.com.
If the request does not fall under standard refund terms (see Section 7), FollowEase may decide at its discretion.
Guarantees may be void if the User simultaneously purchases similar services from third-party providers.
g) Follower Subscriptions
Users may subscribe to recurring follower packages (e.g., monthly follower delivery).
All subscription variables (amount, frequency, price, duration) are contractually fixed beforehand.
Users may cancel only if FollowEase repeatedly fails to fulfill agreed amounts. A cancellation period of up to 5 days before the next scheduled delivery applies.
Other cancellations require FollowEase’s approval.
h) Subscription Payment Delays
If a User is two monthly installments behind, ecodaya UG may demand the full outstanding subscription amount at once.
i) Execution of Services
All services are digital; no shipping costs apply.
Processing typically begins after payment is received. Start times differ per product page.
j) Account Credit
Users may top up account credit.
Credit can only be used for FollowEase services, is non-refundable in cash, non-transferable, and valid for 3 years.
FollowEase may modify or discontinue this feature at any time.
k) No Service Obligation for Private Accounts
FollowEase is not obligated to deliver services if the relevant social media account is private or restricted (e.g., age limits).
l) Email Contact Options
ecodaya UG may email existing customers about related offers or promotions.
Unsubscribing is possible via the newsletter link or by emailing support@followease.com.
5. Payment Terms
FollowEase offers various payment methods, including credit card and cryptocurrency.
Payment must be made during checkout.
Service delivery begins only after payment has fully cleared.
Some payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
If payment arrives more than 7 days late, FollowEase may refund the amount and cancel the contract.
By placing an order, the User confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and that no fraudulent or stolen data is used.
6. Withdrawal Policy
Users with habitual residence in the EU or EEA have a statutory right of withdrawal.

7. Refunds
If a service is incomplete, faulty, or not delivered, Users may request a (partial) refund via info@followease.com.
FollowEase must then either complete the service or refund (part of) the purchase amount.
8. Cancellation Fees
If a User cancels an order during its execution, FollowEase may charge up to 25% of the order value as a cancellation fee.
9. Termination
FollowEase reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these GTC or applicable law.
