Loss of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services

As is customary with digital products and services, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once the execution of the order has begun.
By concluding the contract, you expressly agree that we may commence performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited upon commencement of service execution.

An order may only be withdrawn if its execution has not yet begun and if the order has not yet entered the internal processing system of FollowEase.
